1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the TinyTots UK website and the purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
TinyTots UK ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name registered in England and Wales.
2. Orders and Contracts
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted.
A legally binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including unavailability of stock, suspected fraud, or errors in product information or pricing.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Payment is taken at the time of order. If we are unable to process your payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Delivery
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard UK Delivery: Free on orders over £50, otherwise £4.99 (3-5 working days)
- Express UK Delivery: £7.99 (1-2 working days)
- Next Day Delivery: £9.99 (order before 2pm)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email or post before the cancellation period expires.
You have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of cancellation to return the goods to us.

6. Returns and Refunds
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with all tags attached.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be made to the original payment method.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@dawnwear.co.uk.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase
- A repair or replacement within 6 months if a fault develops
- A partial refund or replacement if a fault develops between 6 months and 6 years
8. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free.
Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly.
All products are subject to availability.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by TinyTots UK or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
