30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Your Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
However, at TinyTots UK, we extend this to 30 days for your peace of mind.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@tinytots.co.uk or call 0800 123 4567 to request a return.
- Pack Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Send It Back: Use the prepaid return label we'll email you, or post to the address below.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Include all accessories, manuals, and parts
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Mattresses (unless faulty)
- Bottles, teats, and feeding accessories
- Dummies and soothers
- Car seat accessories that have been used
- Underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Personalised or custom-made items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@dawnwear.co.uk with photos of the damage.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

Refund Information
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving your return.
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original delivery charges will be refunded if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Return Postage
- Changed your mind: You are responsible for return postage costs.
- Faulty or incorrect item: We will cover return postage and arrange collection for large items.
- Free returns: We offer free returns on orders over £100.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Large Items
For large items such as travel systems, cots, and furniture, please contact us to arrange a collection. We may send a courier to collect the item from your address.
